Design & Details
A flat-profile rectangle in five metal finishes, from the rim to the fit.
A rectangular front cut from flat metal strip, with a straight brow and a squared lower corner. The bridge is a single bent bar rather than a separate casting, which keeps the line across the face unbroken.
The lens is 55 mm wide, so the rectangle stays generous without reading as a narrow letterbox. The endpieces are folded from the same strip as the rim, so there is no visible joint where the temple meets the front.
Stainless steel front and temples, 0.9 mm strip, with the rim edge polished after bending. The temple carries a moulded acetate tip and the nose pads are adjustable silicone on wire arms.
Every colour is supplied with a clear lens that filters blue light, so the frame can be sold as an office pair straight out of the box. The hinge is a standard barrel, and the temple length is stamped inside the arm.
